Adam O’Keeffe

Energy Engineer

Adam has three years of energy efficiency experience. His prior projects centered around sustainability, process engineering, and energy efficiency measures. Including working with air compressors, waste reduction and reuse, VFD’s, and thermal systems. Adam spent two years leading a Department of Energy Industrial Assessment Center (IAC) during his time at university. His thesis work involved numerical modeling and data analysis for soil + water systems, focusing on the use of biochar as a precision agriculture technique. Adam has research experience in biochar production, biochar measurements and modeling, soil analysis and pump impeller design. He has a B.S. and M.S. degree in Biological Engineering from the University of Idaho. He is a registered Engineer in training (EIT). Currently, Adam focuses on Industrial Production Efficiency.
