
Gina Hicks
Lead Engineer
Gina has over 10 years of experience in data analysis and engineering. She has participated in many data collection and analysis efforts in support of water and energy efficiency programs and program evaluation work. This includes energy audits, on-site data collection (from both installed metering equipment and building energy management systems), energy modeling, data engineering, inspection, process automation, and report writing in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. She has developed calculation tools for Centre for Energy Advancement through Technical Innovation, Bonneville Power Administration, Regional Technical Forum, Vitus, and Cascade Water Alliance. She has over 10 years’ experience teaching computer classes at the community college level covering software subjects ranging from database design to animation. She has produced one feature film. She has a B.S. degree in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and an A.A.S degree in Video Communication from Seattle Central Community College.
