Principal
Mr. Baker has more than 35 years of experience with market and end use technology research applicable to the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. He has managed many large, complex and interdisciplinary studies, and has provided technical oversight and guidance for multi-stage sample design, analytic data base design, regression analyses, calibrated building performance simulation and many types of end use metering. Mr. Baker has assisted a number of clients (RTF, CPUC and NEEA) in the development of guidelines and protocols that define best practices for research on emerging technology, estimation of savings for efficiency measures, and efficiency program impact evaluation. His prior projects include impact evaluation, technology assessment and market research for clients, such as Bonneville Power Administration, Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, Regional Technical Forum, California Public Utilities Commission, Pacific Gas & Electric, NorthWestern Energy, and many others. He has a B.S. in Engineering from Purdue University.
