Maxine Luna

Since 2014 Maxine has been assisting in project management of direct installation programs as well as running day to day office administration. She has over 15 years of experience in administrative work, 7 of which were in Human Resources. She has been instrumental in helping meet administrative client needs and driving direct install projects towards their successful completion. She has an astute aptitude for effectively running project logistics. This includes maintaining inventory, ordering project supplies, creating data processing workflows, creating and maintaining hardcopy/electronic filing systems, client invoicing and reporting, field work form design, installer recruitment, and keeping accurate counts of every device installed throughout the entirety of a project.  She has worked on direct installation projects for Puget Sound Energy, Cascade Water Alliance, Silicon Valley Power and most recently Avista Utilities. She is familiar with diversity and inclusion programs through her previous experience in Human Resources.Shehas been a key member in contributing to building up SBW’s diversity and inclusion program. Maxine has a B.S. in Environmental Science in Conservation and Restoration Ecology from the University of Washington.
