Sepideh Shahinfard

Ms. Shahinfard has over 11 years of experience designing, implementing and evaluating demand management, energy efficiency and distributed energy projects for various clients including U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), California Public Utility Commission (CPUC), Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E), Silicon Valley Power (SVP), City of Palo Alto Utilities and numerous other national and state clients. She has deep understanding of policy and regulatory challenges inherent in the energy landscape, along with critical hands-on experience with end-use technologies, energy delivery and management, and customer engagement. Her strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills and expertise, along with deep engineering and technical knowledge of the energy industry ensure well-planned research tailored to effectively evaluate different technologies, program delivery mechanisms and complex program design. Ms. Shahinfard is a member of the California Technical Forum (Cal TF), collaborating with other industry experts to peer review energy efficiency savings estimates in order to consolidate existing measures and evaluation of emerging technologies to introduce new energy efficient measures.
